Program Details:

  • Start Date: Your program kicks off on the Monday following your signup, giving you a clear and structured beginning to your fitness journey.

  • Access Duration: You’ll have 10 weeks of access—no exceptions—to help you stay focused and committed. The first week is "Prep Week", designed to help you get organized before starting the structured 8-week program.

  • Extra Week: You’ll receive one additional week of access to catch up on any missed workouts or lessons.

  • Pausing Policy: The program cannot be paused—no exceptions.
